1. About us

This website is operated by Wren & Willow Collective ("we", "us", "our"), based in Ireland. You can contact us at gabrielflis1@gmail.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our store

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Some photos are styled or illustrative, and colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Measurements are approximate. If an item you receive doesn't match its description, our Refund & Returns Policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between us is formed when we confirm your order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if we do, we'll refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and your rights

Our return terms are in our Refund & Returns Policy. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and a legal guarantee that goods will conform to their description for 2 years. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Product use

Please follow sensible pet-care practice, keep packaging away from children and pets, and supervise kittens with new products until they're used to them.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the EU country where you live. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we'll do our best to resolve it.
