Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7–12 working days after your order ships. During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, deliveries can take a little longer, so we recommend ordering early for gifts.

Tracking your order

Your tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received it within 4 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then email us.

Customs and import charges

Orders within the EU are not subject to customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 working days of shipping, email us with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and send a replacement or a refund if it can't be found.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
