About the litter box

Will my cat actually use it?

Most cats take to it straight away. The open front and clear shield mean it doesn't feel dark or closed-in, which some cats dislike in fully covered boxes. Tip: put a scoop of your cat's old litter in the new box to help them recognise it.

Does it really stop litter going everywhere?

The tall curved shield catches litter when your cat digs and kicks, and the perforated grid step knocks loose litter off their paws on the way out so it drops back into the box. It makes a big difference, though no litter box can stop every single granule.

Which size should I choose?

Small (16 × 39 × 41 cm) suits kittens and smaller cats. Big (21 × 50 × 53 cm) suits most adult cats and larger breeds. If in doubt, go Big. Cats like space to turn around.

What colours are available?

Sage Green, Blush Pink and White.

What type of litter can I use?

It works with clumping clay, tofu, silica and pine litter. Litter isn't included.

Is it easy to clean?

Yes. The rounded inside has no tight corners for litter to cake into, and the scoop clips onto the side so it's always to hand. For a deep clean, wash with warm soapy water and dry before refilling.

Is it suitable for more than one cat?

Yes, though the general guideline is one litter box per cat plus one extra.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 working days, and delivery usually takes 7–12 working days after that. Order early for Christmas. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Is it a good gift?

It's a thoughtful, practical gift for any cat owner. Just remember delivery times when ordering for Christmas.

Returns & payment

Can I return it?

Yes. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
